3. PRODUCTS AND HANDMADE DISCLAIMER (IMPORTANT)

We specialize in handcrafted crochet items. By purchasing from Miteefy, you acknowledge and agree to the unique nature of our products:

• Handmade Variations: Every flower is stitched by hand. Slight variations in size, petal shape, and stitch tension are natural characteristics of handmade goods and are not considered defects. No two flowers are exactly 100% alike.

• Color Accuracy: We have made every effort to display the colors of our yarn (Milk Cotton/Acrylic) as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

• Safety Warning (Choking Hazard & Wire): Our products are designed for decorative purposes only.

  • They contain wire stems for structure. If bent excessively or broken, sharp ends may be exposed.

  • Some designs may use plastic “safety eyes” or small beads.

  • Keep out of reach of small children and pets. Miteefy is not responsible for accidents resulting from improper use (e.g., chewing, swallowing small parts).

4. PRICING AND MODIFICATIONS

• Currency: All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).

• Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in material costs or shipping rates.

• Taxes & Duties:

  • US Orders: Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • International Orders: We operate on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. Import taxes and duties are included in the final price you pay.

5. BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

• In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. This includes a valid phone number, which is required for international delivery updates.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Our delivery terms are fully detailed in our Shipping Policy.

• Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Miteefy are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. However, we will assist you in filing claims for lost or damaged packages as per our customer service standards.

• Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

• Window: You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

• Condition: Items must be returned free of odors (smoke, perfume) and pet hair.

• Costs: Return shipping costs for non-defective items (change of mind) are the responsibility of the customer.

8. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS

We may provide you with access to third-party tools (such as order tracking via carrier websites or payment gateways like PayPal) over which we neither monitor nor have any control. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties.

Specific to Product Use: We are not liable for any allergic reactions to yarn materials (cotton/acrylic) or injuries caused by the wire stems if the product is dismantled or misused.
