At Miteefy, our mission is to deliver eternal sunshine—in the form of our handcrafted crochet sunflowers—to every corner of the globe. We understand that when you order a gift, whether for yourself or a loved one, you want it to arrive safely, promptly, and without hidden surprises.

Because we operate on a Direct-to-Consumer model with Ready-to-Ship inventory from our facility in Sunrise, Florida, we are able to process your orders swiftly. We have streamlined our logistics to offer a transparent, reliable, and customer-friendly shipping experience. Please review our policy below to understand how your blooms travel from our hands to yours.

1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

Miteefy is proud to offer international shipping to the following major regions:

  • North America: United States, Canada.

  • Europe & UK: United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Portugal.

  • Oceania: Australia, New Zealand.

Note: Currently, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or certain remote island territories due to carrier restrictions on international parcels.

2. PROCESSING TIME (READY-TO-SHIP)

Unlike many handmade businesses that require weeks to craft an item after you order, Miteefy stocks our most popular designs.

  • Standard Processing: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

  • Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (ET) are typically processed the same day. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • What happens during processing: We conduct a final quality check of the yarn and structure, groom the petals, and package your items securely to prevent crushing during transit.

3. SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

We believe in simplicity. We offer a Subsidized Flat Rate for shipping, meaning we pay a portion of the actual shipping cost to keep it affordable for you.

Free Shipping: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $150.00 USD.

Note: Transit times are estimates provided by our carriers. While we work hard to meet these timelines, external factors such as weather, peak holiday seasons, or customs inspections may cause slight delays.

4. DUTIES & TAXES (DELIVERED DUTY PAID – DDP)

One of the biggest headaches with international shopping is surprise fees upon delivery. At Miteefy, we have eliminated that stress.

We operate on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis.

  • What this means for you: Miteefy handles and pays all import taxes, VAT (Value Added Tax), and customs duties on your behalf.

  • The Price is Final: The total amount you see at checkout is the final amount you pay. You will never be asked to pay extra fees by the delivery driver or customs office when your package arrives.

  • Seamless Delivery: Because duties are prepaid, your package moves through customs faster, reducing the risk of being held up at the border.

5. PACKAGING AND SAFETY

Crochet flowers are durable, but they still need protection to maintain their shape.

  • Secure Boxing: We use sturdy, crush-resistant boxes.

  • Protection: Each flower is wrapped in protective tissue or eco-friendly cushioning to prevent the wire stems from bending and the yarn petals from getting squished.

  • Gift Ready: Our packaging is neat and presentable. If your order arrives and the petals look slightly flattened due to transit, simply fluff them gently with your fingers—our premium milk cotton yarn will bounce right back to its original shape.

6. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

  • Confirmation: Once your shipping label is created, you will receive an email with your Tracking Number.

  • Activation: Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to show activity. It is normal for a package to show “Label Created” while it is being picked up by the carrier and transported to the sorting hub.

  • Monitoring: You can track your package directly via the link in your email or on our “Track Order” page.

7. DELIVERY ISSUES

A. Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address (including Apartment/Unit numbers).

  • If you notice an error, please contact us immediately (within 12 hours) at [email protected].

  • If the package is returned to us due to an incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the re-shipping fee.

B. Lost Packages

While rare, packages can sometimes go astray.

  • If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, please contact us.

  • If the package is marked “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your building manager first. If it is still missing after 48 hours, contact us so we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

C. Damaged Items

If your box arrives crushed or the product is damaged:

  • Take clear photos of the box and the item.

  • Email us via [email protected] within 72 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange a free replacement sent to you immediately.

8. ORDER CANCELLATION & MODIFICATIONS

Because we pride ourselves on fast processing for our “Ready-to-Ship” items, our cancellation window is short.

  • Before Dispatch: You may cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing our support team.

  • After Dispatch: Once the shipping label has been printed and the package handed to the carrier, we cannot cancel the order. You will need to wait for the item to arrive and then initiate a return (please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for details).
