1. ACCEPTED PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept the following methods for all domestic and international orders:

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Your transaction is processed securely via our banking partners.

B. PayPal: Shop easily and securely without entering your card details on our site.

2. PAYMENT SECURITY

  • SSL Encryption: Our entire website is secured with 256-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. This means that any data you enter (address, phone number, payment details) is scrambled and cannot be read by third parties.

  • PCI Compliance: We are fully compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).

  • No Data Storage: Miteefy does not store your full credit card number or CVV code on our servers. All transactions are handled directly by our secure payment processors (such as Stripe or PayPal).

3. CURRENCY & BILLING

  • Base Currency: All prices on Miteefy are listed and processed in US Dollars (USD).

  • International Orders: If you are purchasing from outside the US (e.g., UK, Europe, Australia), your bank or credit card provider will automatically convert the transaction amount to your local currency on your statement based on their current exchange rates.

  • No Hidden Fees: As per our Shipping Policy, we operate on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. The total amount you see at checkout includes the product cost + shipping. You will not be charged extra taxes or duties upon delivery.

4. TROUBLESHOOTING PAYMENTS

My payment was declined. What should I do? If your transaction is not going through, please check the following:

  • Billing Address: Ensure the billing address you entered matches exactly the address on file with your bank.

  • Card Info: Double-check the expiration date and the CVV code (the 3-digit number on the back).

  • Bank Block: Sometimes banks flag international transactions (we are based in the USA) as “unusual activity.” You may need to call your bank to authorize the purchase.

  • Insufficient Funds: Check your account balance.

How do I use a Discount Code? If you have a coupon code, enter it in the “Discount Code” or “Promo Code” box at checkout and click “Apply” before entering your payment information. The total price will adjust immediately.
