What materials do you use?
We use high-quality Milk Cotton Yarn (a blend of cotton and acrylic fibers). We chose this material specifically because it is:

Soft & Smooth: Unlike wool, it isn’t itchy or fuzzy.

Durable: It holds its shape well and resists pilling.

Vibrant: The yellow petals stay bright and sunny for years. The stems are reinforced with flexible, rust-proof wire so you can bend and pose them.
My flower arrived a little squished. Is it ruined? Not at all!
Yarn is a flexible material. It is completely normal for petals or leaves to get slightly flattened during their journey in the box.

The Fix: Simply massage and fluff the petals gently with your fingers to reshape them. They will bounce right back to their beautiful, blooming form.
How do I clean my crochet flowers?
Because they are made of yarn, they don’t need water!

Dusting: Use a lint roller or a piece of tape to gently lift off dust.

Spot Cleaning: If they get a stain, dampen a cloth with mild soap and water and gently dab the spot. Do not scrub hard, as this can make the yarn fuzzy.

Do NOT: Machine wash or put them in the dryer.
Are they safe for pets and kids?
Yes! Our flowers are non-toxic and pollen-free, making them safe for households with allergies. However, because they contain wire stems and small parts (like safety eyes on some designs), please keep them out of reach of pets who love to chew or small children.

We ship globally to:

Do I have to pay import taxes or customs fees?
No! We operate on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis.

Miteefy covers all import duties, VAT, and taxes.

The price you pay at checkout is the final price. You will never be asked to pay extra fees upon delivery.
How much is shipping?
We offer a subsidized flat rate to keep it affordable:

Flat Rate: $6.99 USD for all international orders.

Free Shipping: On all orders over $150.00 USD.
How long does it take to arrive?
Because our items are Ready-to-Ship, we process orders in 1–2 business days. Transit times vary by location (typically 3–10 business days for North America and 7–15 business days for International). Please check our Shipping Policy for specific estimates.
3. ORDERS & RETURNS
Can I cancel my order?
Our team packs orders very quickly! You have a 12-hour window after placing your order to cancel for a full refund. Please email [email protected] immediately. After 12 hours, or once a shipping label is created, we cannot cancel the order.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window.

Defects: If the item arrives damaged, we replace it for free.

Change of Mind: You can return the item for a refund, but you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Important: Returned items must be free of odors (smoke, perfume) and pet hair to be accepted.
Do you offer custom designs?
Currently, we focus on our Ready-to-Ship sunflower collection to ensure fast delivery. We do not accept custom commissions for individual items at this time, but we love hearing your suggestions for future designs!
4. GIFTING
Can I send this as a gift?
Absolutely! Miteefy sunflowers make perfect gifts because they never wilt.

Packaging: Our boxes are neat and presentable.

Receipts: We do not include pricing on the packing slip inside the box, so your gift recipient won’t see the cost.
Do they come with a vase?

Single Stems: Sold as the flower only (unless specified as a bundle), allowing you to use your favorite vase.

Potted Plants: Come permanently attached to their adorable crochet pots.
