UNDERSTANDING YOUR ORDER STATUS
Because our items are Ready-to-Ship, our process moves quickly. Here is what each stage means:
1. Order Confirmed: We have received your order! It is currently being reviewed by our team.
2. Processing (1–2 Business Days): Your sunflowers are being prepared for their journey.

Grooming: We inspect the yarn and fluff the petals.

Packing: We carefully wrap your blooms in protective tissue and place them in a sturdy box to prevent crushing.

Labeling: Your shipping label is printed.
3. Shipped / In Transit: Your package has been handed over to the carrier (USPS, UPS, or International Partner).

Note: It may take 24–48 hours for the first scanning update to appear after you receive your shipping email.
4. Out for Delivery: Your package is at your local post office or distribution center and will arrive today!
COMMON TRACKING QUESTIONS
My tracking says “Label Created” but it hasn’t moved. Don’t worry! This is normal. It means we have packed your order and printed the label, but it is waiting to be scanned at the carrier’s sorting hub. Please allow 1–2 business days for the status to update to “In Transit.”
I ordered multiple items, but only one box arrived. Usually, we try to pack everything in one box to be eco-friendly. However, for larger orders or mixed items (e.g., a potted plant and a bouquet), we may ship them in separate boxes to ensure they don’t get squished. Check your tracking link to see if there are multiple shipment numbers.
My package seems stuck in transit.

International Orders: Packages often pause at customs borders for clearance. Even though we pay the duties (DDP), physical inspection can still take 3–5 days.

Lost Packages: If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, please contact us immediately so we can file a claim and send a replacement.
My flowers arrived a bit flat. Yarn is flexible! It is common for petals to flatten slightly during shipping. This is not damage. Simply fluff and massage the petals gently with your fingers, and they will return to their beautiful shape.
