At Miteefy, we pride ourselves on our Ready-to-Ship model. This means that as soon as your order comes in, our team in Sunrise, Florida, starts inspecting, grooming, and packing your crochet blooms to get them to you as fast as possible. Because our processing speed is fast, our window for cancellation is short. Please review the policy below.

1. The 12-Hour Cancellation Window

You may request to cancel or modify your order for a full refund within 12 hours of placing it.

  • Status: If your order has not yet been printed or handed to the carrier, we will cancel it immediately.

  • Cost: No fees. You will receive a 100% refund.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

Time is of the essence! To ensure we catch your order before it leaves our facility, please follow these steps:

  • Email us immediately at: [email protected]

  • Subject Line: Please use: “CANCEL ORDER #[Your Order Number]”

  • Message: Simply state that you would like to cancel.

3. What If I Miss the 12-Hour Window?

If your request comes after 12 hours, or if you receive a shipping notification stating that a label has been created:

  • We cannot cancel the order. By this stage, your package has likely been processed, loaded onto the truck, or handed over to our carrier partners.

  • Next Steps: You will need to wait for the package to arrive and then initiate a return.

  • Please Note: As per our Returns & Refunds Policy, if you return an item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Address Corrections

If you don’t want to cancel, but simply realized you made a typo in your address (e.g., forgot the Apartment Number):

  • Email us immediately at [email protected].

  • If the package has not left our facility, we can update the label for free.

  • If the package has already shipped, we are unable to reroute it.

5. Refund Timeline

If your cancellation is approved within the window:

  • We will process the refund immediately in our system.

  • You will receive a cancellation confirmation email.

  • The funds will typically return to your original payment method (Bank/Credit Card/PayPal) within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
